At CozySense Baby, we want you to feel confident shopping with us.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags and labels attached

For hygiene reasons, baby clothing and accessories must be returned in new, unused condition.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or removed from their original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A short explanation of the problem

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major failure or does not meet consumer guarantees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used, washed, or worn baby clothing
  • Items without original packaging or tags
